Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Team Muses Hub (the "Service"), operated by Team Muses. By signing in or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Not affiliated with Disney or Ravensburger

Team Muses Hub is an unofficial, non-commercial fan tool. It is not created, endorsed, sponsored by, or affiliated with Ravensburger, The Walt Disney Company, or any of their affiliates. "Disney Lorcana" and all related names, marks, card text, and images are the property of their respective owners. Card data and images are provided by third-party sources and are used for identification and personal, non-commercial play-group purposes only.

2. Eligibility and accounts

• You access the Service by signing in with Discord, and must meet Discord's minimum age requirement (at least 13).
• The Service is intended for members of a specific Disney Lorcana play group. Access may be limited to invited members.
• You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your Discord account secure.

3. What the Service does

The Service lets members maintain card wishlists and tradeable spares, generate a shareable wishlist link and QR code, import decklists from dreamborn.ink, see suggested trade matches among members, look up card information, and use a Discord bot to view this information. Features may change, be added, or be removed at any time.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose, or to harass, impersonate, or harm others.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other members' data, or related systems.
• Disrupt or overload the Service, or scrape or copy other members' data beyond normal use.
• Upload content that is illegal, infringing, or that you do not have the right to share.

5. Your content

You retain ownership of the content you add (such as your wishlist, spares, and notes). You grant us a limited license to store, display, and process that content as needed to operate the Service for you and your group — for example, showing your wishlist to teammates, on your public wishlist link, and via the Discord bot. You are responsible for what you choose to make available through your public wishlist link.

6. Third-party services

The Service integrates with Discord, Lorcast, dreamborn.ink, and (optionally) Ravensburger Play. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms and policies, and you agree to comply with them — including the Ravensburger Play terms if you choose to connect that account. We are not responsible for third-party services or their availability.

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that card prices, data, statistics, or trade suggestions are accurate or complete. You use it at your own discretion and risk.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Team Muses will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, arising from your use of (or inability to use) the Service. The Service is provided free of charge for the convenience of the play group.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time and request deletion of your account. We may suspend or terminate access that violates these Terms or that is necessary to protect the Service or its members.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will revise the "Last updated" date above, and continued use after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
